WHO WE ARE
The Innovative Housing Construction Campaign and Summit (IHC) is led by the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of REALTORS® (VITAR) and supported by grants from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). This initiative was created to address one of the most urgent challenges in the Virgin Islands today—affordable housing.
With housing costs rising, outdated construction methods, and limited financing options, far too many Virgin Islanders struggle to find safe, affordable homes. The IHC brings together a coalition of leaders, industry experts, community members, and government stakeholders to introduce new solutions that make housing more accessible and sustainable.

To transform housing in the Virgin Islands by introducing smarter, more cost-effective construction methods, updating building codes, and expanding financing opportunities that make homeownership and affordable rentals a reality for local families.
